We at BLING offer a 15-day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return the product, we will provide a full refund or exchange, subject to a deduction of Rs. 1000/- towards processing charges. This charge shall be borne by the customer for each product returned under this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be accompanied by the following:
- Original packaging in a sellable condition with no scratches, wear, damage, or alterations.
- Certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
- Original or copy of the invoice for the product.
- Original Product Certificates
Refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid, subject to a deduction of Rs. 1000/- towards processing charges. In cases where coupons, discounts, or promo codes were applied during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The 15-Day Money Back Policy is not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Orders that have been exchanged previously under the 15-Day Exchange Policy. Customers can exchange a product once within 15 days for the full value. Any subsequent exchange will be considered under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized.
Conditions for Returning Products
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, wear, or alterations. The original stickers and tags must be intact. Returns will not be processed if the product tag or original packaging is tampered with.
Refund Process
- Quality Check and Refund Timeline:
Upon return of a product under the 15-Day Money Back Policy, a quality check will be conducted. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving the product at our registered office/authorized store. The refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). - Refund Method
– For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
How to Return a Product Step-by-Step Return Procedure:
To return a product to BLING, please follow these steps:
- Email care@blingdiamonds.in within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
- Ensure the product is accompanied by the original product certificate and invoice.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the certificate.
- Hand over the package to the logistics executive and obtain an acknowledgment (pickup receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
- Upon receipt of the product, a Quality Check will be conducted. If the product passes the Quality Check, the refund will be processed within 21 business days after deducting delivery charges.
Note: Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of Rs. 1500. For products purchased through the EMI system, an amount equivalent to 1% of the grand total will be deducted at the time of refund of the initial instalment.
Cancellation Charges
Refunds will be issued for any cancelled orders. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are entitled to a full refund, subject to a deduction of 1% for payment gateway charges. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of Rs. 1000 along with 1% payment gateway charges, which will be borne by the customer.
BLING will arrange for a reverse pickup for customers unable to return their products at our stores.
