Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available at my location?
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 15-day “No Questions Asked” return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange, provided that the product is in its original condition with all certifications and tags intact. Please note that this applies only to purchases made within India and items without custom engravings.
Are there any deductions for returns within 15 days?
No, we do not deduct any charges when you return an item within the 15-day period. You will receive a full refund.
Will I be charged for returning the product?
All orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are entitled to a full refund, subject to a deduction of 1% for payment gateway charges.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of Rs. 1000 along with 1% payment gateway charges.
How can I return an item within 15 days?

What is your exchange and buy-back policy?
We offer lifetime exchange and buy-back services for all our products within India. Items can be exchanged or sold back at their current market value, minus deductions for making charges and a nominal fee for return shipping. Any discounts or promotional items received during the purchase will be adjusted accordingly.

We can provide a duplicate certificate for a nominal fee of Rs 500. The new certificate will clearly indicate that it is a duplicate.

If your ring does not fit, we can replace it with a new ring in your required size within 15 days of purchase. You will only need to pay the price difference for the larger size, and a processing charge of Rs. 1000.

What if I miss an installment?
Missing any installment will forfeit your eligible bonus i.e. 100% of one month’s value as a bonus.
Can I redeem early?
