1. Overview
BLING DIAMONDS LLP offers a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from BLING DIAMONDS LLP, subject to a review by our Quality Assurance Department. The products must be free from any damage, wear, alteration, or resizing. The decision made by the Quality Assurance Department is final and binding for any Lifetime Exchange or Buy-Back requests. The product, along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value, with deductions for making charges, taxes, and a Rs.1,000 processing fee. If a discount or free gift was received at the time of purchase, the original discount amount or free gift value will be deducted, as applicable.
2. Necessary Documents and Items for Exchange or Buyback
To process any Lifetime Exchange or Buyback request, the following documents and items are required:
- Original Product
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Product Certificates
- Valid Government ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request
3. Lifetime Exchange Policy
If the customer opts for a product exchange, the value of the exchanged product, after deductions for making charges, taxes, processing fees, and discounts, will be credited to the customer’s BLING account. This credited amount can be used to purchase any other product from BLING. The credited value is non-transferable and cannot be encashed.
4. Lifetime Buy-Back Policy
If the customer opts for a buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid via online bank transfer within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office/authorized store. Jewellery that shows signs of alteration by anyone other than BLING DIAMONDS LLP will not be accepted for buy-back. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the value of the product. Any changes in value will be communicated with a justification for the same.
How to Determine the Value of an Exchange or Buy-Back ?

Specific Conditions and Exclusions for Buyback and Exchange Policies
1. Lost Product Certificates
In the event of the loss of the original product certificate, a fee of Rs. 1500/- will be deducted from the value of the product.
2. Non-Eligible Products
Products purchased from stores other than authorized BLING authorised stores are not eligible for exchange or buyback.
3. Excluded Items from Buyback
The buyback policy does not apply to Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
4. Excluded Items from Exchange & Buyback
Exchange and buyback policies are not applicable to products containing Polki, Pearl, and Coloured Stones.
5. Discount Deductions
If any discount was provided during the original purchase on the metal or stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buyback or exchange. The buyback/exchange value will then be calculated. Additionally, any e-Points used during the original purchase will be deducted from the lifetime exchange value.
6. Payment Method for Buyback
All payments for the buyback value will be made via RTGS or NEFT only. Payments will be made solely to the individual or entity named on the invoice issued by BLING and who presents a valid government-issued photo ID and the valid certificate of the goods.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds and payments under the buyback scheme will be processed within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office/authorized store.
8. Buyback Eligibility
Buyback is applicable only for products purchased at a value up to Rs. 2,99,999/-
9. Deductions for EMI Purchases
For products originally purchased through an EMI system, an amount equivalent to any unpaid EMIs will be deducted in addition to the aforementioned deductions.
10. Shipping and Insurance Costs
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. An amount of Rs. 1000/- or the actual delivery charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted while determining the product’s value.
11. Policy Amendments
BLING DIAMONDS LLP reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website: blingdiamonds.in. Material changes will be announced on the website along with a notification indicating that the policies have been updated.
